The Dixie Gilchrist Levy Association of REALTORS®, Inc. is a Florida non-profit corporation created in 1967 to unite those engaged in the recognized branches of the real estate profession for the purpose of exerting a positive influence upon the profession. In addition, we provide and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®
A subsidiary organization of Dixie Gilchrist Levy Association of REALTORS® is Dixie Gilchrist Levy Multiple Listing Service, Inc. This is that vital tool that allows real estate professionals who are members to enter listings, analyze tri-county market conditions, prepare CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis), print property brochures and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers. Listing information of this service is distributed through Florida REALTORS®, globally and with permission.
The Dixie Gilchrist Levy Association of REALTORS® is the conduit between our REALTOR® members and the people living in the communities of our Tri-County area. Through the Association, our REALTOR® members are engaged in all aspects of helping those members of our communities achieve property ownership and private property rights for all.
