A subsidiary organization of Dixie Gilchrist Levy Counties Board of Realtors® is Dixie-Gilchrist-Levy Multiple Listing Service, Inc. This is that vital tool that allows real estate professionals who are members to enter listings, analyze tri-county market conditions, prepare CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis), print property brochures and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers. Listing information of this service is distributed through Florida Realtors®, Realtor.com, and many other MLS organizations, globally and with permission, through Trulia.com, Homes.com, Zillow.com and many more.
